Before starting arbitration, the party raising the dispute must send a written Notice of Dispute describing the claim and requested relief, by email to info@homeservicesleadgroup.com or by mail to Validated Leads Group LLC, 123 Main Street, City, State, Zip, referencing "Notice of Dispute." The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 60 days after the notice is received before either party may commence arbitration.
